SHIPPING

 
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
 
 
Domestic Shipping Within Canada
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Please note that we offer a $25 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Canada, up to 5kg. If purchasing multiple items, we recommend choosing the Flat Rate option at checkout for savings.
 
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within Canada.

We ship from Fort Nelson, British Columbia.
Fort Nelson is a remote town in Northern Canada so delivery can take longer than delivery within major urban centres. Approximate shipping times by province:

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders over $25 within Fort Nelson. Deliveries are made from 10am – 6pm on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 
 
 
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 on orders to USA.
 
 
International Duties & Fees
Please be aware that we do not readily have available reference for international customs information and we presume that the buyer is familiar with any importation restrictions and/or fees. International orders may or may not be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Gray Buck is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If the shipment is either returned or otherwise confiscated due to restrictions on importation to the country in your shipping address, we do not assume responsibility for its non-delivery, and will not refund the cost of shipping. If the order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the order minus any additional charges incurred by us for the item’s return.
 


Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing full and accurate shipping addresses. Shipping addresses will be used as provided for shipping purposes, and any shipping issues such as returns, losses or damages due to incorrect shipping addresses occur at the cost of the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address and as such requires us to pay for return shipping, we will require payment to cover this additional cost before re-shipping the parcel to the correct address. If parcels are lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided, we will not provide a refund for the items or for the shipping cost. If an incorrect address is provided any damages occur to the parcel while shipping to this address, the cost of which exceeds any applicable insurance provided by the shipping service provider, we will not provide any refund for those damages.
If a correct shipping address has been provided and Gray Buck ships your order incorrectly, we will assume full costs for returns or the re-shipping of your order; in cases where this for some reason results in us being unable to provide the products ordered, we will issue a full refund for those items and will also provide a full or partial refund for shipping where appropriate. However, where we provide a customer with shipping confirmation and/or tracking information, and the parcel does not arrive in a reasonable time frame or has not arrived but is marked as delivered by tracking services, customers must notify Gray Buck within 1 week of the expected delivery time to allow us to attempt to correct the mistake in an efficient manner.

RETURNS
I want you to love what you buy from my shop, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product please let me know immediately. You can contact me by email at info@graybuck.ca or use the Contact Me form to get in touch, and I will try to make it right. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 
Exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@graybuck.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
 
 
Return
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 1737, Fort Nelson, BC, V0C1R0, Canada.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
 
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@graybuck.ca.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
