Christmas Eve is the main event in many Scandinavian countries, so growing up we would always celebrate Christmas on the 24th. This is the evening we get together with family at home to have the main big dinner. After dinner "Jõuluvana" (Santa) would knock at the door and our family would sit around the christmas tree and recite poems or songs to Santa in exchange for our gift. Isn't this beeswax beautiful?!?The white beeswax I use comes directly from @ParadisHoney in the Peace River Region in Northern Alberta, only 700km away from us here in Fort Nelson in Northern BC. It's so beautiful and smells absolutely amazing!!!I add food-grade activated charcoal to the white wax to get that unique dark grey colour.Apart from the charcoal, I don't add anything else to the wax which makes my candles all 100% Canadian Beeswax!
